Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Pride International, Inc. is one of the world's largest drilling contractors. Pride provides contract drilling and related services to oil and gas companies worldwide.

With over 7,000 employees, Pride offers a multinational workforce with offices in the United States, Africa, Asia, Europe and South America.

We have positioned our fleet in some of the world's largest and most active exploration and production areas, with a market presence in West Africa (Angola), Latin America (Brazil), the Gulf of Mexico, the Mediterranean and Middle East. Today, we operate a total of 64 rigs.

Our marine fleet of 55 rigs is currently located as follows:

• West and South Africa: 2 ultra-deepwater, dynamically positioned drillships, 1 deepwater semisubmersible, 2 midwater semisubmersibles, 1 jackup rig
• South America: 4 deepwater, dynamically positioned semisubmersibles and 3 midwater semisubmersibles
• U.S., Gulf of Mexico: 11 jackup rigs and 8 platform rigs
• Mexico, Gulf of Mexico: 12 jackup rigs and 2 platform rigs
• Mediterranean and the Middle East: 1 deepwater semisubmersible, 1 midwater semisubmersible and 2 jackup rigs
• India: 2 jackup rigs
• Korea: 2 single activity ultra-deepwater drillships and 1 dual activity ultra-deepwater drillships
  

On land, our fleet of 7 drilling and workover rigs are currently located as follows:

• Chad: 5 rigs
• Kazakhstan: 1 rig
• Pakistan: 1 rig

Our management contracts consist of:

• Deepwater TLP: 2 rigs
• Deepwater Spar: 2 rigs
• Deepwater Semisubmersible : 1 rig
